Environmental due diligence is an important part of most mergers and acquisitions. The purpose is to evaluate potential liabilities associated with land quality and broader environmental concerns such as legislative and planning compliance, noise, dust, odour, air and water emissions.

At Redkite Environmental we conduct Phase I Due Diligence Assessments comprising:

  • Site visit and audit;
  • Design and completion of questionnaires;
  • Reporting including findings, risk evaluation and recommendations.

We work with a network of specialists where required to conduct Phase II site investigation where required as part of the recommendations of Phase I.
